Jeffery Lewis Rife

Jeffery Lewis "Jeffro" Rife, age 60 of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 at his son's residence. Jeffro was born on Thursday, December 26, 1963 in Beaver Dam, KY to the union of the late Forrest J. and Cordie Mae Montgomery Rife. He was a Army National Guard Veteran and employed at Real Alloy, where he worked for many years. Jeffro enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Vanessa Robinson and his father in law and mother in law Volley "Doris" and Alma Jean Keown.
Jeffery Lewis "Jeffro" Rife is survived by his wife Sandra Gray Rife of Morgantown, KY; three children Tekiesha Gray of Morgantown, KY, Jared Rife of Auburn, KY and Jason Rife of Morgantown, KY; four grandchildren Nekayah Gray of Morgantown, KY, Christopher Worth of Cromwell, KY, Ethan Gray of Morgantown, KY and Raelynn Rife of Auburn, KY; five sibling Bernestine Jones of Beaver Dam, KY, Kimberly Townsend (Joe) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jennifer Rife of Beaver Dam, KY, Anthony Jones of Bowling Green, KY and David Rife (Julie) of Morgantown, KY and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 2:00pm with Bro. Lindle Keown and Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens where military rites will be observed by the Ohio County AM VETS and his work family will serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Sunday 10:00am until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
