I knew Jeff from working together in security at Palm Beach. I remember the years of going to Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando with him and his son. We had some good times going fishing when he first got his boat. He was definitely fun to be around and one helluva laugh. Although I didn't keep in touch with him I was shocked to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to Sandy and children.

We would like to pass along our deepest sympathies to Jeff's family, friends and co-workers.
I never had a chance to meet Jeff face to face but we developed a wonderful friendship over the phone over the years. Funny how a person 2000 miles away can become someone you enjoyed hearing from regardless that it was Jeff calling to purchase items for the VA. We would share stories about our military service, family, fishing, grilling and drinking a cold Coors.
I will miss Jeff and that twice a month phone call!
God Speed my friend,

We moved into the neighborhood the end of 2015 and Jeff was the first one to come over and welcome us and extend a helping and very friendly hand with that big smile he always had.
We could always see how dedicated and how much he loved his family and wonderful from the comments to see how much he was loved by friends and his work family.
Our love goes out to his wife Sandy and all his family for such a loss as this. Jeff will truly be missed in the neighborhood.

Even though we are a long way from the Ala Wai, the family that was created there between the Carters, the Brennans and the Kaspers withstands miles, years, happiness and heartache. Sandy and family, please know that my whole heart is with you. Anyone who knew Jeff knew that there were not enough words or even one that could explain what a gift you received when you met him. Jeff and Sandy as a couple were amazing role models for a newly married couple like Bill and I. I will never forget the surprise baby shower that they put together for us. We were so so very fortunate . Hoaloha. Sonya Kasper and sons.
