Mr. Jeffrey Alan Davis, 65, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 6:24 am on February 18, 2026, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center surround by his family.

Jeffrey was born on June 19, 1960, in Peoria to Conrad "Bud" and Rose Marie (Devine) Davis.

Jeffrey lived a life defined by dedication to his family, service to his country, and a deep love for the Chicago Bears.

A proud Army veteran, Jeffrey served his country with honor before embarking on a career at Sharon Woods, where he worked for over 20 years. His commitment to hard work and loyalty was evident in every aspect of his life.

Jeffrey's greatest joy came from spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He was a devoted father and a loving Papa. He cherished every moment with them and took immense pride in their lives.

In addition to being a dedicated family man, Jeffrey had a passion for football and was an avid Chicago Bears fan. Whether cheering on the team or sharing stories about the game with loved ones, he embraced the camaraderie that sports brought into his life. His enthusiasm for the Bears was infectious - "Go Bears!" will forever echo as part of Jeffrey's legacy.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his most precious memory three daughters, Alycce Davis, Ashlee Davis and Brandy Cotelleso; four sisters, Donna "Robin" Lehner, Dina (Gene) Walker, Dale (Michael) Wilkins, Darla (Scott) Davis; best friend/brother, Gary Roe; and five grandchildren, Leiana, Thaddeus, Mystique, Tatyanna, and Jathaniel; his son-in-law, Mario Jackson; his in-laws, Dale and Linda Jackson all of Peoria, IL and other family and friends who loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Dawn Davis; his brother, Johnny Davis and his brother-in-law, Steve Lehner. Their memories remained close to his heart throughout his life.

To those who knew him best, Jeffrey was more than just Dad or Papa, he was a great brother and an incredible friend. His kindness touched many lives, and he will be remembered as an amazing father, grandfather, friend and man who gave so much love to those around him.

Jeffrey's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. May the cherished moments spent together bring comfort to those mourning this profound loss.

Rest in peace, Jeffrey Davis. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
