Jeff was a coworker who eventually became my manager at Natures Way. He was one of my favorite managers in my career. He had the right combination of knowledge and also human empathy, thoughtfulness, and sensitivity which made his staff want to do well for him. He had our back. I actually looked forward to working with him. He was truly a good person. I met Michelle at one of our meetings and she was a perfect match for him! Picture below from our sales meeting in Jackson Hole. My sincere condolences go out to his family. May he rest in peace.

Michelle is sunshine that always brightens our day. Her song was "Pick Up Your Troubles and Just Be Happy". Her love for Jeff was forever serving him and accomplishing things with him together side by side. Our sympathy and love are with the Eliason family. We love all of you.

I was at Michelle's house the night of her first date with Jeff. She was so pretty and quietly excited/nervous about the date. Who could imagine what would unfold? Over the next couple of years while I was on my mission, Michelle married Jeff and Joni married my Dad. I loved hanging out with Jeff, Michelle and baby Jeffrey in Highland on the weekends while I was attending BYU and driving back and forth to Texas. It was like they absorbed me into their lives and accepted me which is just what I needed. They were/are my family. Love you Jeff
