Jeffrey Deryle Glenn age 66 of Hot Springs, AR passed away February 10, 2024. He was born July 12, 1957 in Garden Grove, CA, to Deryle and Claudia Jo Glenn.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father Deryle Glenn; brother Joe Ray Glenn; grandson Gavin Glenn Nichols.
Survivors include his wife Sharon Glenn of 45 years; mother Claudia Jo Glenn; children Jessica Nichols (Derek), Erica Starks (Cody), and Blake Glenn (Alex); grandchildren Haley and Kensey Nichols, Brooklyn, Guy, and Harper Starks, and Norah Glenn; brothers Phil, Steve (Joanna) and Randy Glenn. Jeff was also graced with many nieces, nephews, and cousins that he loved very much.
Jeff grew up in Little Rock and graduated from McClellan High School in 1975. He went on to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to complete a Business Administration Degree. Much of his life he was an entrepreneur, but in 2004 he decided to follow his heart and pursue a Master of Theology and then a Doctor of Ministry-Pastoral Leadership Degree. He was not only a great husband and father, but also a father figure to so many during his years of ministry. He loved us all unconditionally and fought a hard battle with cancer. He taught us how to be strong, brave, and to praise Him no matter what the storm might bring. He was always sharing his favorite quote "God is Good" with others.
A celebration of Jeffrey's life will be at 10:00 AM Saturday at Lakeside Baptist Church in Hot Springs with Dr. Michael Stanley and Bro. Bob Courtney officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakeside Baptist Church Food Bank.

Jeff was such a good man. He helped me find my faith again when my world got turned upside down & I will never forget the talks we had or how patient he was in answering my questions. He showed me how to be proud of my faith & not be afraid to share my beliefs. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to his entire family.
