Brinkhaven – Jeffrey Adam Hart, 50, passed away at the Cleveland Clinic on August 2, 2025.Jeff was born in Mount Vernon on June 19, 1975.
He is survived by his parents Fred and Carol (Lauderbaugh) Hart; his wife Lisa Hart; his sons Trevor (Courtney) Hart, Tyler (Taylor) Hart, and daughter Ella Hart. Grandchildren, Dawson and Finley Hart, and Sage Huggins. His brother Freddie (Phyllis) Hart Jr, sisters, Lori Neely and Pamela Hart. Nieces and nephews Dana (Devon) Wilson, Emily (Nathan) Strouse, Freddie Hart III, Anthony Hart, Megan Williams, Lauren (Jay) Blackshear, Josh (Jordan) Neely, Stacia Davis, and Justin Davis; along with many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother-in-law Doug Neely.
Jeff was good natured and known for his sense of humor. His laugh was contagious. Jeff enjoyed life always up to trying anything once. He was most fond of motor sports, shooting sports, billiards, hunting and all outdoor/ camping activities. Jeff was a talented craftsman; he had an eye and love for beautiful woodwork, which he demonstrated when he started his own business Hart Custom Cues. The most important thing to Jeff was his family and friends, you could always depend on him to have your back in any situation… unless there was a spider… Then he was gone!! … Jeff was a 1994 graduate of Danville High School, where he played, and later coached, football. He worked as the service manager for Mid-Ohio Suzuki for many years. Jeff will be missed by many as he was a friend to everyone.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 8, at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Dave Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Amity Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5-7:00 Thursday evening.
