Survived by his mother, Janice Carlson; special friend and caregiver, Jean Zacharias; sisters Laurie McCullum, Amy (Jack) Griffin, and Jennifer (Tony) Nelson; nephews Michael McCullum, Alexander Griffin, Calvin (Brittney) Griffin, Benjamin (Alexa) Nelson, and Jacob Nelson; niece Amanda Nelson; great nieces Joie Sanchez and Tatum Griffin; extended family and friends.
Thanks to the teams at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and Allina Health Hospice for their guidance and expertise and for all the people that prayed for Jeff throughout his courageous battle.
Visitation at White Funeral Home Apple Valley Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave, Apple Valley, MN, (952)432-2001, Thursday, December 26, 5 PM-8 PM.
Visitation also at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave W, Rosemount, MN, (651) 423-4402, Friday, December 27, 10 AM-11 AM, followed by Mass at 11 AM, luncheon shortly after.
Interment at Dawn Valley Memorial Park, 9940 Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, MN, (952)941-7686, at 2 PM.
Memorials are preferred to World Vision, Cancer Research Institute, American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in Rochester, MN, or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
