Jeffrey Henricks

Jeffrey Scott Henricks, 62, of Lisbon, ND died in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 28th, 2024 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND. Jeff was taken too soon after a strong battle with kidney cancer.
Jeff was born on November 10th, 1961 in Lisbon, ND. He was the fourth of five children born of Henry Henricks and Anna Mae Henricks (Adolfs). Jeff grew up in Lisbon and graduated from Lisbon High School in 1980. He would go on to attend college at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton where he got an Associate Degree in HVAC. He used this degree to work for companies in Fargo, ND as well and Detroit Lakes, MN where he lived in the late 80s and early 90s. Jeff and his family would return to his hometown of Lisbon in 1991 where he would start his own HVAC business, Henricks Heating and Refrigeration.
Jeff appreciated the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing. In his later years, Jeff spent much of his free time at his lake spot on Roy Lake, SD where he loved hosting as many people as he could. Family, friends, and new faces were always welcome. While home in Lisbon he loved spending time with loved ones and friends, especially his six grandchildren.
Jeff is survived by his mother Anna Mae of Lisbon; children Justin of Lisbon, Tyler of Lisbon, Jordan of Lisbon, Jenna (Dave) of Lisbon, and Journey of Lisbon; stepchildren Taylor of Davenport, ND and Lily of Fargo, ND; grandchildren Zach, Alex, Ava, Dean, Jake, and Hailey; brothers Monte of Perham, MN and Joe (Diane) of Horace.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father Henry, his brother Mitch, and sister Vickie Henricks.
A prayer service will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lisbon. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Memories may be shared and viewed here.
