Jeffrey Wayne Kiper, born on January 7, 1982, in New Albany, Indiana, passed away on September 30, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and an enduring impact on those who were fortunate to know him.
Jeffrey was a devoted father to his daughter, Anastasia Kiper, whose spirit he nurtured with love and guidance. He shared a special bond with his mother, Bonnie Conrad, life time companion, Cristy Kiper, and his siblings: sister Delores Wheeler, and brother Joseph "Joe" (Jennifer) Kiper, Jr. He held a deep affection for his entire family, which included several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends, all of whom will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He will be remembered for his passion and involvement during his school years, particularly his active participation in Boy Scouts. Jeffrey had a deep appreciation for the great outdoors, often indulging in fishing and camping. His skills extended to working on cars, as well as a creative flair for building model cars. Most importantly, Jeffrey valued spending quality time with family and friends, an attribute that defined his character and enriched the lives of those around him.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Kiper, Sr., his sister, Cynthia Byrd, as well as maternal and paternal grandparents. Their memory lives on through Jeffrey’s vibrant spirit and the love he shared with his family.
A visitation to honor Jeffrey’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 6:00 PM, both taking place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southern Indiana, located at 3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150. His family welcomes all who knew him to join in celebration of his life and to share in the reminiscence of the moments that made him so special.
As we bid farewell to Jeffrey Wayne Kiper, we are grateful for the moments we shared and the love he imparted. He will be missed but always remembered.
