Jeffrey Arthur Krotzer, age 61, of Bloomdale, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at the OSU Richard Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus. He was born on November 12, 1963, in Bowling Green, Ohio to Gale E. "Sam" & Madge I. (Ream) Krotzer. Jeff married Kristine E. Kathrens on June 8, 1991.
Surviving Jeff are his loving wife of 33 years, Kristine; father, Sam Krotzer of McCormick, SC; sons, Evan & Jacob Krotzer of Bloomdale; sisters, Pam Harris of Cleveland, Deborah (Tim) Heneghan of Metamora, MI; niece & nephew, Erica (Steven) Campbell, Tyler Heneghan; great-nieces, Sawyer & Piper Lynn Campbell. He was preceded in death by his mother, Madge Krotzer.
Jeff was a 1983 graduate of Elmwood High School, and then worked many years as a Tech Operator, most recently at Vylon Pipe. Among many hobbies over the years, Jeff enjoyed golfing, watching football, and had a passion for dirt track racing with his sons. He will always be remembered as a hard-working family man. His greatest love in life was spending time with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio. Memorial donations may be made to Jeff's family. Online condolences can be sent to Jeff's family at www.barndtfuneralhome.org.
