Born on the brisk autumn day of November 18, 1972, in the bustling city of Manhattan, Jeff's zest for life was evident from the start. He departed from this world in the peaceful surroundings of Somers, New York, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and a spirit of adventure that will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched.
Jeff is lovingly remembered by his devoted family: his mother, Adella Panaligan Leo; his father, Edmund Kilawilla Leo; his sister, Jennifer Leo; his nephew, Ryan Benjamin Rousseau ; and his fiancée, Krista Collins, who together with their beloved yellow Labrador, JJ, shared countless memorable escapades. Throughout his life, Jeff served his community with dedication as a Fire and Life Safety Director. His commitment to ensuring the well-being of others was not just a job but a calling, one that he pursued with the same fervor he applied to every aspect of his life. A man of deep catholic faith, Jeff walked through life with the Lord by his side, his humor a testament to the joy of a life lived in service to God and others.
