Jeffrey Stuart Lowe

Jeffrey Stuart Lowe, 66, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, following complications from pneumonia and type 1 diabetes.

Jeff was born in Connecticut and raised in New Jersey. He attended Eastern Kentucky University, where he met his wife, Renee - beginning a partnership that would span 45 cherished years. He went on to earn his MBA from Texas State University. Jeff and Renee were married in Ohio in 1989 and shared a lifetime of adventure together. Over the years, they lived in Tennessee, Iowa, California, and Massachusetts while raising their three children. Recently retired, Jeff and Renee moved to Plymouth, Massachusetts, where he was excited to be close to the beach.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman. He loved playing pickleball, landscaping, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and golfing with his brothers. A skillful handyman, Jeff was always ready to lend a helping hand to neighbors and friends. He was also a passionate advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and took pride in being a caring and devoted father.

Jeff was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He will be remembered for his boundless energy, his deep love of the outdoors, and, most importantly, his generous and caring nature.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Lowe; his son, Brennen Lowe; his daughters, Maggie Lowe and Claire Lowe; his mother, Marge Lowe; and his siblings Greg Lowe, Stephanie Dooley, Kim Taylor, and Chuck Lowe.

Jeff will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held later this year. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Jeff's memory.
