Jeffrey Brian Metros, 69 years old. Loving husband and father passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2022.
Jeff is predeceased by his parents Eugene and Eula Metros and one grandson, Graham N. Olsen.
Jeff is survived by; His loving wife of 22 years, Patricia Metros. Two Daughters - Anita (George) Robinson of Palm Coast, Florida, and Melanie Metros of St. Augustine, Florida. Two Sons - Jeffrey (Amber) Metros of Ormond Beach, Florida, and John (Melissa) Metros of St. Augustine, Florida. Thirteen Grandchildren - Gunnar (Emily), Samuel (Jessica), Scarlett, Lexus, Logan, Monica, Emma, Hanna, Hunter, Hayley, Rachel, J.J., and Madison. Four Great Grandchildren - Alayna, Leah, Jace, and Ruby. One brother - Gary Metros of St. Augustine, Florida. Two sisters - Linda Metros of Orange Park and Heather Metros of St. Augustine, Florida. All of the whanau in New Zealand and Australia.
Jeff was born on June 20, 1952, in Baltimore, Maryland. He moved to Saint Augustine in 1973 where he worked alongside his father at Gene's Used Furniture. Later, Jeff pursued his career in photography at Leonard's Studio in St. Augustine, Florida. Photography was a passion of his, alongside his love for antique muscle cars and racing.
Jeff's greatest passions were his family, his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited for a viewing and blessing that will be held at Craig's Funeral Home in 1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, Florida. Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and service will be starting at 12 p.m. on Friday, February 25th.
