Born in Wilmington, DE on January 11, 1959, he was a son of the late Stanley and Frances (Ballard) Modelski. Jeffrey was a graduate of Concord High School with the class of 1980. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed playing baseball when he was growing up. Jeffrey also loved to cheer on his beloved Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.
Jeffrey is survived by his siblings, Stanley Modelski (Debbie), Pamela Modelski, Eileen McGhee, and Therese Kokas (Stephen); and many nieces and nephews.
All services will be held privately.
