Jeffrey M. Noveletsky, 68, a resident of Easton for the past 35 years, passed away April 7, 2023 after a brief illness. He was the husband of Kim (Wilde) Noveletsky for 35 years.
Born in Boston, a son of the late Ralph and Mildred (Weiderhorn) Noveletsky, and stepson of the late Murray Wittenberg, he was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of Hyde Park High School. He later lived in Stoughton.
Jeff worked for over 40 years as a chef and food service director in the long term care service industry and currently was employed by Alliance Health Management Services as their regional food service director as well as serving as the food service director in Braintree.
A sports enthusiast, he especially enjoyed the Patriots and Bruins. A former Easton Youth Baseball and Soccer coach, his hobbies included fishing, golfing, spending time in his yard and anytime he could spend with his children and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife Kim, he is survived by two sons, Joshua Noveletsky and his wife Carrie of Stoughton and Tyler Noveletsky and his fiancé Gina DiCecco of East Falmouth; his grandchildren, Colby Noveletsky and Dustin Noveletsky both of Stoughton; a brother-in-law Darren Wilde of Pocasset and a brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Lynne Davidner of Easton. He is also survived by his aunt Lillian Goldberg of Canton and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was also the brother-in-law of the late Lynda Wilde and brother of the late Neil Noveletsky.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton. Interment will follow in South Easton Cemetery, Easton. Visiting hours on Friday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Jeffrey's memory may be sent to the American Heart Association 300 5th Ave Waltham, MA. 02451.
