Jeff was the son of the late Floyd and Mary Ouellette. He was predeceased by his brother Lance Ouellette. He is survived by his siblings: Candace Paige and her husband Keith, Robin Secrist, Cherie Athanosoulias, Forest Ouellette, Pascal Ouellette and his wife Jan, Laurel Yoes and her husband Chris, and Loren Ouellette; along with many nieces and nephews.
Private graveside committal services will take place in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
All of us at Ware Smith Woolever are honored the Ouellette family has entrusted us with the care of their loved one.
