It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Mark Pevytoe. Born on August 17, 1957, in Wausau, Jeffrey sadly departed from this world on November 10, 2024, at the age of 67. Jeffrey was a well-known figure in Wausau, where he lived and worked throughout his life.

Jeffrey was a passionate individual who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. His love for riding his motorcycle and watching Nascar reflected his adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for speed and excitement. A former Boy Scout, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout and embodied the values of camaraderie and service to others.

As the owner of Appliance Service, Jeff was more than just a business owner - he considered his customers as friends, always going above and beyond to help them with their needs. Work was not just a job for Jeff; it was a life fixture that brought purpose and joy to his days. His wide circle of friends is a testament to his warm and sociable nature, always the first to lend a hand to those in need.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Rodney (Barbara) Pevytoe; niece, Laura (Will) Bradley; nephew, William (Kaitlyn) Pevytoe; great nephews, Franklin and Soon to Arrive- Baby Boy Bradley, Mason and Logan Pevytoe; and numerous cousins and friends. Their memories of him will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, William and Joyce (Forbish) Pevytoe; aunts; uncles; and grandparents.

A memorial service will take place at Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce Street, Wausau, on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2:30 pm. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm at the funeral home.
