Jeffrey W. "Bean" Schapker, age 59, passed away on December 2, 2024, in Evansville, IN.
Jeff was born on March 21, 1965, in Evansville, to Jerry Schapker and the late Gloria (Millis) Schapker.
Jeff was a member of Main St. General Baptist Church in Boonville, a graduate of Mill Road Christian School, he retired as a Custodian of EVSC.
Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, mother-in-law, Helen Ball, father-in-law, Johnathan Ball.
Jeff is survived by his wife Carol (Ball) Schapker of 30 years, son; David Schapker (Amanda), father; Jerry Schapker, brothers; Devin Phillips (Michelle), Rollin Phillips Jr. (Renee), he was a father figure to; Cassandra Arnold (Jason), Amber Stambaugh (AJ), brother-in-law; David Ball (Marla), sister-in-law; Brenda Beren (Gary),
nieces; Jade Darding, nephew; Jacob Darding, niece; Summer Phillips, nephew; Devin Phillips Jr., great nephews; Arik French, Zachary Robertson, Taryn Bean, his best friend; Russell DeHaven.
Jeff loved the Cincinnati Reds, Miami Dolphins, I.U. Basketball, Notre Dame, playing cards, going on vacation, every Friday night with his dad they would go see football at Mater Dei and Reitz High Schools.
Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Bradley's Colonial Chapel in Boonville, again Saturday from 12:00 PM – till time of services at Bethel Christian Church in Doolittle, IN.
Services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at Bethel Christian Church in Doolittle, IN. with Pastor ED Clutinger officiating. The burial will be in Doolittle Mills Cemetery.
Contributions can be made to the family of Jeff at the funeral home.
The family would like to especially Thank the Heart-to-Heart Hospice as well as his Oncologist Dr. Sara Tariq.
