Jeffrey Thomas Sigler, 63, of Wooster, died Friday November 24, 2023 at Lodi Hospital.
Jeff was born February 10, 1960 in Orrville to Loren and Evelyn {Kuntz} Sigler.
He graduated from the Wayne County Schools Career Center.
Jeff began his career in construction and was particularly proud of the numerous bridges he built across northeast Ohio. He spent the remainder of his career as a contract pumper in the oilfield for over 20 years. He was a member of the Wooster Mennonite Church. Jeff loved all Cleveland sports teams and particularly enjoyed listening to the enthusiastic calls of Jimmy and Doug for the Browns and Hammy’s color commentary for the Indians.
Jeff said he would never have wanted to miss the joy of having children. His sons and grandchildren were very special in his life. He was extremely proud of their many adventures he witnessed as they grew. His infectious laughter could often be heard throughout the Green Leaf Restaurant where he visited with his sons to recount their latest feats and adventures.
Jeff will be deeply missed by his sons Josh (April) Sigler of Texas and Jacob (Kelly) Sigler of Colorado; grandchildren Brynn, Hayden, and Hutton Sigler; parents Loren and Evelyn Sigler of Wooster; brothers Michael Sigler of Wooster, Jay Sigler of Cincinnati; sister Janet Orr of Columbus.
