He is survived by his wife, the former Tammy Stout, whom he married January 10, 2004. Also survived by his daughter Wendi (Denny) Myers of Dennison; a grandson Jakob Myers and 2 step sons Joshua Kick of Kentucky and Cody Kick of Middlefield.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters Cindy LaGlise and Wendy Smith.
In keeping with Jeffrey's wishes, no services are being planned. The Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling the arrangements. To share a memory, please visit the funeral home's web site.
