Jeffrey Lynn Staller, 65, of Peru, passed away on Tuesday, December 10th, with family by his side. He was born on September 8, 1959 to Donald and Harriet (Hann) Staller. Jeff was a lifelong resident of Peru. He graduated from Maconaquah High School, class of 1978. Jeff retired from Square D in 2015 after 38 years of service. He loves woodworking projects and gardening. Most importantly, he loved his children and grandchildren. He was loved and appreciated, among other reasons, for his witt and great sense of humor.
He is survived by his three children, Nicholas Staller (Sarah) of Greenwood; Rachel Staller (Jamie Fortune) of Peru; Matthew Staller (Amber) of Bargersville. He is also survived by his brother, Mike Staller of Punta Gorda, FL, and sister-in-law, Shannon Staller of Russiaville.
His grandchildren include Emaleigh Smyth, Sara Smyth, Jeshua Smyth, Skylar Staller, and Madalynn Staller. He also has a nephew, Seth Staller, and a niece, Sable Staller.
Jeff is preceded in death by his precious infant daughter, Fayth Ann Staller; his parents; and one brother, Steven Staller.
Viewing will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home on December 14th from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Brent Wedding officiating. Burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, in Peru, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society.
