To all the Winters. Jeff was my roommate most of the time he went to APU. We also attended First United Methodist in Anchorage and worked with the high school youth group at the church. Jeff was the most accepting, giving, and welcoming person I ever knew. He always was willing to lend a hand and never had a bad word to say about anyone. On top of being a great guy and roommate, he took care of my dogs anytime I traveled and the dogs seem to think he was as much an owner as I was. We stayed in touch over the years, shared a laugh, listened to each other, shared joys and sorrows, and always ended with a God Bless.Wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time.Mark, Cheryl and Joseph Anderson

We were saddened to hear of Jeff passing. Very sudden! So young!
We didn't have the opportunity to know Jeff well, the last time I talked to him was at Louise and Jim's wedding (you know how long ago that was!). He and I talked about his attending college in AK.
