Jeff was born on July 22, 1964, in Bradenton to the late Frank and Mildred (Jonas) Witham.
He was a Palmetto High School graduate and worked in information technology for FCCI, London International, and theZenith.
He is survived by his wife, Faith; son, Tyler (Javonne); sister, Sue Ellen Bobalik; brother-in-law John (Kirsten) Bachert, and Patrick Bobalik; nieces: Jennifer, Jessica, Katelyn, Emily, and Carly; nephews: Zachary, Jack, Zachary, and Jonathan, mother-in-law, Rita Bachert as well as many great-nieces and nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Shan Passwaiter.
A private service will be held per family wishes.
