Jeffrey A. Zentz, 52, of Jamestown passed away Sunday (September 14, 2025) in his home under the care of hospice.
A lifelong area resident he was born November 30, 1972 in Jamestown, the son of Frederick J. and Susanne Rogers Zentz.
Jeff was a graduate of Falconer High School and had been employed by SKF for several years.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, being outdoors fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and boating.
Surviving is his wife Kelli L. Lamer Zentz whom he married July 4, 2016 in Frewsburg; two step daughters: Stephanie Kelly, Heather Kelly both of Falconer; a step son Dillon Kelly of Kennedy; three grandchildren: Adam Kelly, Abigail Kidder, Greyson Kelly; his mother Susanne Zentz of Jamestown; a brother John Zentz of Jamestown; a sister Sharon (Brian) Robbins of Kennedy and his niece Emily (John) Cline.
He was preceded in death by his father Frederick J. Zentz on July 20, 2000.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the Falconer Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Friends will be received by the family from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be donated to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750.
