Mrs. Jennie Lynn Rutledge Hennon, age 62, of Summerville, GA, died Thursday, August 15, 2024, at her residence.
Mrs. Hennon was born January 16, 1962, in Trion, GA, daughter of the late Albert Lee Rutledge and Frances Pauline Crisler Rutledge. She was a member of Pennville First Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Mount Vernon Mills. Mrs. Hennon loved spending time with her family and enjoyed being a caregiver.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Hennon; sons, Zeke (Misty) Hennon, Jeremy (Marsha) Hennon; brothers, Mike (Eda) Rutledge, Alan (Virginia) Rutledge; sisters, Deborah (Robert) Williams, Kim (Dennis) Knight; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hennon, Caleb (Chera) Hennon, Emily (Austin) Brandon, Megan (Jonathan) Hilliard.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, August 18, 2024, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Sammy Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hennon, Caleb Hennon, Brock Rutledge, Josh Rutledge, Cole Bishop, and Jay White.
Mrs. Hennon will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Sunday.
