Jennifer Hill Attisano passed away peacefully on January 2nd at the age of 59. Born in Smithfield, NC, she was the daughter of the late Bobby Hill and late Sue Talton Hill. Jennifer met Mike Attisano in Charleston, SC in 2011, and they were married in Las Vegas in 2015. They moved to Camden, SC in May 2023 and loved their lives together, spending time with family and friends. Jennifer loved the beach and enjoyed spending time with her family in Atlantic Beach, NC.
Jennifer was a corporate hotel manager for Marriott and Hampton Inn Hotels. She won several awards, including the Springfield Suites Diamond General Manager of the Year award. She loved working with her staff, mentoring them to excel and to achieve their dreams. One of her greatest joys was to greet guests and make their stay special.
Jennifer loved to give back to the community and was involved in charitable organizations. She held positions as both Director of Fundraising for March of Dimes and Tourism Director for Kershaw County. Most recently, she was a member of the Camden Garden Club and worked with club members to decorate McCaa's Tavern and the Kershaw House in Camden for Christmas.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Mike Attisano, sister Debbie Hill Curlings, brother-in-law J.C. Curlings, nieces Tori Curlings and Ali Gaylord and husband Matt Gaylord, cousins Victoria Lucas and Anglea Talton Williams as well as many other cousins, and her beloved fur baby Bella.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 6th at Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church in Camden, SC. Pastor Gary Rivas will officiate. Visitation with family will be held in the sanctuary following the service.
