With great sadness we announce the passing of Jennifer Cooke on Monday, May 20, 2024, Cochrane, Alberta, at the age of 29.

Jennifer grew up in Cochrane and graduated from Bow Valley High School. Jennifer had an infectious laugh and was there for her friends when they needed her. She loved her time in the Yukon driving off road trucks. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Cindy Overland of Cochrane, Alberta; father Martin Cooke of Nova Scotia; sister Jodie Cooke of Vancouver; uncle Ron Overland (Suzanne) of Erin Ontario; uncle Gord Overland of Manatou Ontario; cousin Chantel (Vytas) of Saint Catherines Ontario and their two girls Vitalija and Amelija; cousin Justin Very of Niagara Falls Ontario; godmother June Adams of Edmonton; and aunt Carol of New Brunswick. Jennifer will also be missed by her good friend Ryan Plamondon of Grande Prairie.

She was predeceased by her grandparents Maude Dorothy Robinson (Edwards) and Authur Edmond Overland on her mother's side; and Marjorie Marion Cooke (Herd) and William Ernest Cooke on her father's side.
