Jennifer R. Danner DellaCrosse passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025 after a
courageous two-year battle with brain cancer. Jen was surrounded by her husband and
her seven children at home - in a room that could barely contain all the grace, love,
laughter, memories. It was peaceful and beautiful - and so very Jen.
Jen is survived by her husband of 18 years, Ryan A. DellaCrosse, her seven greatest
treasures - Joseph, Ava, Vincent, Leo, Maria, Raphael and Rose Therese; her parents -
Dennis and Loretto Danner; Mother in law - Shelley DellaCrosse; Siblings - Carrie
Alexander, Jessica Danner, Robert Danner, Curtis Danner, Patricia Danner, Nathan
Danner, Maryanne Danner; Brothers in law - Casey DellaCrosse and Dane
DellaCrosse; and 13 nieces and nephews: Amy, Ethan, Ben, Sofia, Ralph DellaCrosse,
James, Johnathan, Alissa, Nicole, Miriam, Renee, Max, Gabe, Emma, Lilly, Ella, Matthew,
Zak, Jake, and Estella Danner. Jen is also survived by an abundance of friends whose
lives have been forever changed by her friendship.
The family will receive friends at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine on Monday,
April 14, 2025, from 6:00pm to 7:30 p.m. with a Prayer Service and Celebration of Life
to follow at 7:30pm.
A funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be Tuesday, April 15th at 9:00 a.m. at the
Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine - St. Augustine, FL, with Military Honors to follow.

Dear Ryan and Family,
There are no words to express my empathy for your loss. I learned of Jen's illness through our TAC Alumni and them my own rare dip into Facebook to learn more somehow. Anyway, I ended up feeling like I got to know her a bit and also your wonderful relationship and family -- so anchored in Christ and in what matters most in life. She was a ROCK.. the kind of person you'd want to be around in good and bad times, always with calm common sense and a smile. (at least that's what struck me)... I began praying for her and for your family from that moment on, hoping God had a stay-longer-on-earth plan for her and for you-all.. but also surrendering to His loving providence.. Today I just learned how it went. There are no words to express my empathy. (though somehow I feel like she must still be present to you in hidden ways). Dear Ryan, you don't know me. But, you and Jen have touched my life in ways you will never know. I have prayed for you both, from what I feel was th beginning of this journey you and Jen and your children, and extended family and friends have been on for these two years. Yes, I am a huge fan of the talk show, but when you had Jen on the show and I heard & saw her strength, her Holiness, and your love for each other, I have always kept that memoyin my mind, especially during my own battles. She did not leave this world untouched. She will be missed. But, what an incredible Church we belong to, that we know this is not the end for her, or any of us! Please know that you and your kids will be in my thoughts and prayers and you start to navigate this new chapter in all of your lives! Dear Lord, may perpetual light shine on Jen and Grant into her eternal rest!
