She was born on September 11, 1974, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of Cheryl Lynn Taylor Frye and the late John Edward Mackey, Sr.
Jennifer worked as a Supervisor of the cleaning crew at Russell Nesbitt, Incorporated and was a Christian by faith.
She always had a smile on her face, her laugh was contagious, and she always found humor in everything. She prayed for all she knew, never met a stranger, and loved all animals she came in contact with. She was happy go lucky, full of fun, and so very loving.
Jennifer is survived by her mother and stepfather, Cheryl & Richard Frye of Valley Grove, WV; her 2nd mother, Dianna Clelland Mackey of Wheeling, WV; maternal grandmother, Dora Taylor; five brothers, John (Mary) Mackey II, George Wesley Mounts, Richard Alan Frye, Brian Lee Frye, and Jason Wayne Frye; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew whom she adored; and her dog, Magie Mae.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio County Animal Shelter, 7011 National Road, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
