Jennifer Susan Moyers, known affectionately to all as Jenny, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Born on December 13, 1961, in Norwalk, California, Jenny was the cherished daughter of the late James and Barbara (Richardson) Whiteman. Jenny's journey led her from the sunny climate of California to the bustling energy of Houston, Texas, where she graduated from Aldine High School. It was there that she laid the foundations of a life marked by dedication, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to her loved ones.

On April 17, 1982, she married the love of her life, Floyd "Marvin" Moyers. Together they raised two children, Megan (Kevin Dudley) and Jarred (Ashlea) Moyers, who were the light of her life. Jenny's heart was truly at home, where she expressed her love for her family in countless ways.

She created a warm and welcoming home, decorating the house beautifully for each season and serving her legendary spaghetti and meatballs - and a basket of endless snacks on the counter for all who gathered at their family home in Magnolia, Texas. Jenny proudly supported her kids' school activities and hobbies, from prepping the MHS Bulldog for the Friday night lights to chaperoning choir and dance trips, and washing countless loads of camo during hunting season.

Jenny loved music and always looked forward to the annual Whiteman family reunion. She loved the beauty of a South Texas sunset and the serene life at the hunting ranch in South Texas. Traveling was another passion of hers, although nothing topped her recent trip of a lifetime, sailing the Atlantic with her husband of 43 years.

Being a Mimi was the role she loved most and she adored her grandchildren: Connor, Brooklyn, and Lincoln Dudley; Reagan, Kinley, and Madison Moyers. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion and will be remembered in every life she touched. Jenny was survived by her husband, daughter, son, grandkids, brothers Dave and Kevin (Linda) Whiteman, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws who she loved dearly. She affectionately held the memories of her late sister Diane Newham, brother Ron Whiteman, sister-in-law SueAnn Whiteman, brother-in-law Ron Jenkins and dear friend Debbie Groda who predeceased her.

Jenny's loving, generous, and gentle soul - a woman who gave freely of herself - left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her. She would be honored if you would join her family in a celebration of her life in Dobbin, Texas on November 22, 2025, to share stories and laughs.
