Jennifer Murillo Sheffield was born on September 9, 1994, and passed on December 27, 2024. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, friend, and follower of Christ. Visitation will be 12pm -3:30pm Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:30pm at the funeral home.
Jennifer was a beautiful and radiant spirit who was passionate about helping those around her, leading her into a career in healthcare after obtaining a Master of Science degree in Biology Medical Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She had a deep love for God, travel, laughter, friends, family, and the finer things in life. She loved her band family, her MC family, and her UMMC family, but most of all loved her career, her kids, and above all else, God. She will forever be cherished by everyone who knew her.
Jennifer is survived by her beloved family members, who were a constant source of love and support throughout her life. She leaves behind her parents, Eileen and Gilbert Murillo; her little brother, Austin Murillo; her daughters, Gracie and Kylie Sheffield; her four dogs, Fergie, Bruce, Luna, and Draco; and endless close family members, who will deeply miss the vibrance and care that she generously shared.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her husband, Brandon Sheffield, and her grandparents, Quitman and Florence Sullivan and Viola and Ross Frey.
