Jennifer M. Teliszewski age 60, of Yarmouth Port, MA died on February 14, 2025. Loving mother of Matthew Kussmann of Bridgewater and Allison Kussmann of Dorchester. Devoted Stepdaughter of Joseph P. Fallon of Yarmouth Port and sister of Joanne Teliszewski and her husband Neil Nickla of Easton.
Jennifer was predeceased by both of her parents, Bernard J. Teliszewski and Mary (Dunn) Teliszewski-Fallon and her four siblings and brother-in-law, Julie and James Symes, Bernard E. Teliszewski, Janet E. Teliszewski and Stephen A. Teliszewski. She was the loving aunt of James, Kellianne, Rachel, Paige, Drew, Greg, Jayda, Alaina, Caroline, Laura and Jeffrey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jennifer was born in Boston and raised and educated in Dorchester and Braintree. She was a graduate of Braintree High School, Class of 1982 and attended UMass Boston. Jennifer worked for over thirty years in the food service industry and was a passionate Boston sports fan, especially for the Bruins and Patriots. She also loved cats, music, gardening and the beach.
Funeral services will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Sons of Italy in Braintree from 12 noon-3PM. Donations in Jennifer’s memory may be made to Cape Cod Veterans Association, P.O. Box 81, Dennis Port, MA 02639.
