Judith A. (Hixon) Dinsmore, 82, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 5th, surrounded by her family.
Judith, born in 1943, was lovingly adopted by G. Malcolm Hixon and Virginia (Abercrombie) Hixon of Boston, Massachusetts, immediately after her birth. Raised in Braintree, MA, Judith attended Braintree High School, where she established life-long friendships that withstood the test of time. Judith and her family spent the summer months residing in their waterfront home in Barnstable, MA, where she enjoyed all the benefits of living on the beach, water skiing, riding in dune-buggies, and boating.
Judith is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ronald P. Dinsmore, her daughters Lee A. Varley and Nicole V. Morin, her grandchildren Andrew Varley and Ashley Glavin, and her great-grandchildren Kayla, Quinn, Mia, Nyla, and Luka. She is also survived by her sister Joanne (Hixon) Fitch and her brother David Hixon.
A period of visitation will take place on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Plymouth. A memorial service will begin at 12 pm at the funeral home.

Judy and I grew up together in the summer. She lived next door to us and she, Beverly White and I were friends . We used to have tents in our yards and Judy´s was the nicest because her father was an electrician and she had lights in hers. So many fond memories.
