Obituary For Jenny Louise Lindsey
January 11, 1949 - November 8, 2023
Jenny Louise Lindsey, 74, of Henrico County, passed away on November 8, 2023, at Henrico Doctor's
Hospital-Forest.
Jenny was born and raised in Henrico County and was a 1967 graduate of Hermitage High School, where
she played on the girls' basketball team for three years. After living in Las Vegas NV for a brief time, she
returned to Henrico County to work for Nixdorf (formerly TCSC), Circuit City, and Patient First. She
retired from Patient First in 2018.
After taking many years of dance at The Wells School of Dance and The Dance Studio, Jenny maintained
a life-long interest in dance. Jenny was an active member of the Sassee Panthers, a Hermitage High
School ladies' alumni group, and she worked on the 1967 Reunion Committee for several years. Jenny
was an enthusiastic member of the Jamie Dornan Fan Group, a devoted fan of NASCAR, the Pittsburg
Steelers, and the Ron Moody Band. Jenny enjoyed all things Disney: cruises, movies, theme parks, and
characters. She particularly adored Snow White.
Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest E. Lindsey Jr. and Lesley Hope Lindsey, and her
brothers, Tommy Lindsey, and Terry Lindsey. She is survived by her friend, Terry Gaddy, her sister-in-
law, Dottie Lindsey (Tommy), two nephews, Bryan Lindsey, and Mark Lindsey, and two great-nieces,
Vaden Lindsey and Mille Lindsey.
A memorial service to honor Jenny's life will be planned at a later date.
