Jeremy, "Jay" as his friends called him, but he will always be my Jeremy, was born September 21, 1982 in Tallahassee. Our son had the heart of a warrior who loved riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and was protective to his friends and family. He was a creative and loved to tinker with things. He once made me this beautiful butterfly from wire and I kept it by the television so I could always see it. He was a hard worker and worked six (6) days a week, most weeks. I've learned that there were a lot of people that had asked "Jay" for help and he was always there for them. He is and will always be so terribly missed.

Jeremy's Celebration of Life will be on December 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jack Vause Landing Camp Ground (Park) located right past Ft. Braden School you will turn right on Jack Vause Landing Road.

He is survived by his mother, Priscilla Walker, and his father, Bobby Vause; his brother, Michael Tomaskovic and his wife, Nina; along with his niece and nephew, Zara and Robbie "Juju" Tomaskovic; his Uncle Clay Cooksey and his wife Betty; his Aunt Mable Stafford, his Uncle Jasper Mathers, his Aunt Rosa Letchworth, his Aunt Esther Buzzard, his Aunt Elizabeth "Libby" Costello, his Aunt Sharon Carter and her husband Dan; his Aunt Martha Ricehouse and husband Robert; his Uncle Samuel Cooksey and his wife Cynthia; his Uncle Daniel Cooksey and his wife Gloria; his Uncle Lemuel Cooksey and his wife Ginger; his Uncle Phillip Cooksey and his wife Paula; his Aunt Kelli Lawhead; together with three (3) Great Uncles David, Billy and Bobby and their wives and too many cousins to count. You will take your first left (there will be a State Park sign on the right) and follow it to the end. We are planning a potluck brunch/lunch after his celebration if you would like to bring something it will be greatly appreciated.
