Jeri Ann Wimer Obituary
Jerilyn Ann Knutson Wimer of Wixom, was born December 18, 1947 in Vermillion, South Dakota to Norman Thomas and Betty Jean (nee: Hedelson) Knutson. She died May 3, 2023 at the age of 75.
Jeri is the beloved wife of the late Roy Clinton “Clint” Sampson. Dear mother of Yvonne Sampson and Jean Sampson. Grandmother of Michael Clinton Voss, Lyric Rose Voss and Willow Renee Sampson. She is survived by her mother Betty (the late Norman and the late Earl M.) Knutson. She is preceded in death by her nephew Adam Knutson and stepdaughter Sandy Grossman. Dear sister of Connie (Dale) Dutcher, Thomas (Denise) Knutson, Lowell (Cindy) Knutson and the late Gail (James) Harrenga. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Friends may visit Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Friday, May 12th from 4-7 PM.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, May 20th, at the Bergen Lutheran Church, Rural Vermillion. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Vermillion, South Dakota.
