Jeri will be remembered by me and my family as kind, patient, resilient and responsible, a unique individual who, indeed, "rolled with the punches." In spite of the challenges life handed her, she dealt with each with grace and optimism. She worked with my husband, Tom, for decades in the Materials Science and Engineering department at MIT, where her contributions made a big difference for students and faculty. In conversations, she often mentioned her daughters, Jen and Hillary and the grandchildren whom she loved so much. Her visits with them brought her the greatest joy. We will all miss Jeri and pray for peace and comfort to be with each member of the family.

Hank and I first met Jeri when she reached out to us regarding selling her beautiful home and finding another one, which was nearly impossible since her home is gorgeous due to her flair for decorating. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Jeri and really get to know her. What a kind and thoughtful woman she was. We ended up staying in touch with her and were lucky enough to call her a friend. Our sympathy to her daughters Jen and Hillary and to all of their family.
