Ms. Jerline "Jeri" Revels

Jerline Revels was born December 10, 1942 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Herman Green, Sr. and Marjorie Green. Jerline was the youngest of five children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Revels, Sr., father, Herman Green, Sr., her mother, Marjorie Green, two brothers, Herman Green, Jr., and Joseph Green, and two sisters, Alma Green, and Erma Jean Green, and her beloved grandson, Demetris Deon Green.
accepted Christ and was baptized as an adult at Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO where she was a member for several years.
Jerline moved to Kansas City where she joined Robert Revels, Sr. in matrimony. From this union four children were born.
Jerline attended R.T. Coles Middle School and Manual Technical High School in Kansas City, MO. Jerline obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant license so she could care for her older brother, Herman Green, Jr.
Jerline loved gardening, dancing, and music. She was a dog lover and cared for all of her dogs over the years (Champ, Chi-Chi, Gopher, Saki, Sugar, and Prince).
She enjoyed going to the casino, fishing, and working on jigsaw puzzles. She had a love for children and always had an open door to anyone in need.
She leaves to cherish her memory forever: two loving sons, Robert Jr. (Chenise); and Eric; and two devoted daughters, Rita; and Robin; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
