She met and married the love of her life Morris Locknane and married March 13, 1993 spending 32 years together.

Faith and family were her priorities, followed by the legal field where she was involved for 40 plus years.

After leaving Lubbock County she worked for different law firms with her last tenure being with Crenshaw, Dupree and Milam.

Very active with West Carlisle Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, she served as the State President in 2016. Texas Association of Legal Assistants (TALP) took most of her spare time. Selected as Lubbock Legal Professional of the year 2017-2018, she received the award of Legal Professional of the year for the state in 2022-2023 and was slated to be installed as President of the organization for 2026.

Survivors include her husband Morris, two sons, Murray Locknane and Blake Locknane both of Lubbock, her mother Norma Baumann of Post, sister Donna (Randall) Scotts of Grain Valley, MO., and several nieces and nephews and her two faithful dogs, Riley and Callie. She was preceded in death by her father A.J. Baumann and her brother Kelly Baumann.
