1949-2025

Webster – Jerrold M. Wexler, 76, died Sunday, August 24, 2025. Born in Queens, NY, he was

the son of the late Sam Wexler and Ruth (Perlmutter) Wexler.

Jerrold was Behavioral Modification Specialist as well as worked for Perwex Hardware in

Queens, NY. In his earlier years he attended Adelphi University under the Omicro Pi Fraternity

where he received a Bachelor's Degree. He also followed his passion and became a track star for

the University, which his love for continued in his later years. If he was not at home enjoying

different sports game, he could be found as an active member in his community. He was the

Head of President Council Member of Book Club and a Chairman of the Movie Community.

Jerrold is survived by his brother Martin "Chuck" Wexler and his wife MaryAnn of Thompson,

four nieces and nephews, and seven great-nieces.

The funeral arrangements will be private and are under the direction of Gilman-Valade Funeral
