Jerry Boiter Obituary
CHERRYVILLE: Jerry Wayne Boiter, 63, died Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Hospice at Wendover. Born in Anderson County, SC, he was the son of the late Bobby Ray and Anna Davis Boiter. Jerry worked as a diesel mechanic and had a love for fishing and racing race cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donny Boiter; and sisters, Teresa Towe, Darlene Impson and Kim Boiter. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Dottie Trueland Boiter of the home; daughters, Christy Ann Boiter Foster and husband Gabe of Piedmont, SC and Shanna Kirchberg and husband Nate of Charlotte; son, Brandon Boiter of Cherryville; sister, Maria Boiter of Piedmont, SC; grandchildren, Marissa and Jada Foster and Selah Kirchberg; great-granddaughter, Emmie; and mother and father-in-law, Ruth and Don Trueland. A service of remembrance in honor of Jerry will be held at Victory Life Assembly of God in Cherryville at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 10, 2022, with Pastor's Mike Whisnant and Josh Henderson officiating.
