Jerry Lee Bradley, of Hastings, Michigan, passed away on March 9, 2026, in Hastings at the age of 82. He was born April 22, 1943, in Battle Creek, Michigan, the son of Donald Louis and Dorothy Rosemond (Martin) Bradley.
Jerry graduated from Mason County High School and later earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University. He worked at FlexFab in Hastings for 36 years and was their first employee. He held many positions from sweeping floors to Director of Continuous Improvement. His last 6 years of work were at Irwin Seating Company where he retired in 2006.
In 1964, Jerry married Alice Raver, and they shared many years together until her passing in 2004. He later married Deloris Ann Warner in 2006. Jerry was a member of Green Street United Methodist Church in Hastings and valued the friendships and faith community he found there.
Jerry enjoyed spending time at the family cabin, on the Betsie River, near Thompsonville, Michigan, where he especially loved hunting and the quiet beauty of the outdoors. He was also talented in woodworking and found great joy in building and creating with his hands. Above all, Jerry cherished time spent with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Alice; brothers Richard and Robert Bradley; and sister Donna and twin sister Judy.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Deloris Bradley; seven daughters, Cherie (Andy) Graham, Christy (Scott) Paugh, Cari (Jeff) Lasch, Ann Smith, Dawn Smith, Karen (Oscar) Martinez, and Phyllis (Tim) Bryans. He is also survived by many grandchildren, including Jacob DeLaat; Jillian and Max Graham; Joselynn Lasch; Tony (Dorothy) Smith; Taryn Repp; Marquice and Mario Smith; Chelsea and Jake Leonard; Kylie (Jeff) Jackson; and Kole (Morgan) Bryans.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 21, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Green Street United Methodist Church, 209 West Green Street, Hastings, Michigan, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow the service.
