Jerry W Coker Sr

Jerry Wayne Coker Sr, 65, of Vineland passed away at home on December 3, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in 1959 to the late Benjamin L. Coker Sr and Patricia Ann Mosley Hughes.
Jerry was a graduate of Vineland High School Class of 1977. He worked as a correction officer at the Cumberland County Department of Corrections until having to medically retire. Throughout his career, Jerry made a positive impact on the lives of many, his dedication to his work and his commitment to excellence set him apart from most. A legacy of strength and resilience
Jerry was a lifelong diehard Eagles fan. He enjoyed cooking and hosting Sunday football dinners with his family and friends. He loved dancing, joking and always needed to make sure his car was sparkling clean.
He is survived by his children, Jerry Coker Jr, Jazmin Bragg and Felicia Borrero; wife, Deborah Coker; ten grandchildren, Aiden Coker, Mia Rodriguez, Logan Bragg, Londyn Bragg, Karlee Coker, Jerry Coker III, Charlotte Coker Adrianna Massey, Julianna Massey and Jackson Massey; stepmother, Sandra Coker; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jerry was predeceased by his mother, Patricia Mosley Hughes; father, Benjamin Leroy Coker Sr.; and his brothers, Benjamin Leroy Coker Jr. and Terry Coker.
A funeral home visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 10am to 12pm followed by a funeral service at 12pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Final disposition will be at the convenience of the family.
