Born in Milton, MA, to the late Mr. Thomas Russell and the late Mrs. Rose (Mahoney) Cunningham. Brother of the late Thomas Cunningham. Beloved husband of Teri Cunningham. Loving father of Robert Tellia and his wife, Laurie Barron; and Michele Tellia Arterburn and her husband, Andrew. Devoted grandfather of Lorenne Tellia & her fiancé, Shannon Loftus; Daniel Barron; Steven Barron; and Andrew Tellia.
Jerry retired from The Norfolk County Sheriff's Department, with over 25 years of service. And after 10 years, he had just retired at the end of the 2024-25 school year as a Crossing Guard for The City of Boston. He will be truly missed and forever remembered.
The family held private services. We thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and support during this difficult time of loss.
