He was predeceased by his two brothers, John and Frank Shevlin and his sister Marlene Mariotti.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joan Grau Shevlin and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 11, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at the Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Friends and relatives are invited to meet the family 10:00am, Tuesday at St. John's R.C. Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ to celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River.
