Jerry Lynn Trammell, 81, entered through Heaven's Gates on February 10, 2024. Jerry was born on June 10, 1942 in Cleveland, TN to the late Lewis and Stella Trammell.
Jerry was a retired Lieutenant Firefighter/Paramedic on the city of Miami's Fire Department where he courageously and generously devoted himself to helping others.
Upon retirement he moved back to Cleveland, TN and worked part time as a security guard for Brown's Stove Works.
Jerry was an avid gardener, superior craftsman, animal lover, loved fishing - especially deep sea fishing. Jerry was funny and charming with a quick wit and endearing personality.
Jerry was always first to offer help to family, friends and neighbors.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Lewis Trammell, Jr. (Priscilla) and James "Jim" Trammell.
Jerry leaves behind to cherish his memory, the love of his life, his devoted and beloved bride of 47 years, Toni.
Jerry is also survived by his daughters Tami Lynette, Tina Lorraine, Barbara Lynn "Barbie" and their children; his son, Robert Eldon "Bobby" who also predeceased him and Bobby's children, Robby and Becky; his brothers David "Tom" Trammell (Nancy), Bill Trammell (Betty) and Jack Trammell; his sister Barbara Nelson (Virgil); his sister in law Jane Trammell; and his many nieces and nephews who dearly loved their Uncle Jerry and whom he dearly loved as well.
Jerry will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and most of all by all those who loved him.
