Jesse was born in Prince William County to Steve and Jennifer Sullivan on February 17, 1977. He graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1995. He was a veteran who served in Kuwait as a firefighter in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the IUEC local 10 and worked as an elevator mechanic for over 20 years at Otis. After a 7-year engagement, he "finally" married his best friend, Jennifer Wilcox Sullivan, on October 4, 2014 in the town of Occoquan.
Jesse was known for being the life of the party with his adventurous spirit, great sense of humor, infectious laugh, generous heart, and warm smile. He was an avid pet lover whose hobbies included fishing, boating, bowling, watching scary movies, dressing up for Halloween, and spending times with friends and family.
Jesse is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Winfield and Hilda Sullivan, Patricia "Gammy" Spisso and June Randolph; Stepfather, Richard Greenbaum; Uncles, Hoyt "Hobie" Randolph, Jr., Daniel "Chip" Spisso; Cousins, Ryan Randolph, Hannah Randolph, and Brandon Reed. He was also preceded by his unborn child Baby Jae and his fur babies Bourkey Bug and Tilly Man.
Jesse is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Sullivan; Father Steve Sullivan; Mother Jennifer Greenbaum; Mom Elizabeth (Patrick) Coulson; Daughters, Cristyn Helmick and Alyssa Donovan; Brothers Lee (Sam) Sullivan, Jack Greenbaum, Conner (Anna) Foxwell; Sisters, Shana Greenbaum, Frankie (Jason), Olivia, and Ava Coulson; Uncles, Marshall (Karen) Randolph, Larry (Debbie) Sullivan, Sr.; and Aunts, Carol (Milford) Howard and Danielle (Lonnie) Hicks; Cousins, Scott Montgomery, Larry (Deena) Sullivan, Jr., Michael Sullivan, Michelle (Craig) Macdonald, Debbie (Phillip) Irwin, and Sarah (Tyler) Randolph; Father-In-Law, Bill (Helen) Wilcox; Mother-In-Law, Jean Wilcox. Additionally, Jesse is survived by an abundance of loving family and friends.

Following the service, a light reception will be held at the VFW from 1:30- 3:30 PM ---- 204 Mill St, Occoquan Historic District, VA 22125
