Benson, NC: Mrs. Jessie Messer Caudle, age 84, of Baileys Crossroads Road passed away on November 17, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held-11:00 AM Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Donald Baldwin and Mr. Stanley Lucas. Burial will follow in Lamm-Sugg Family Cemetery in Coats.
Mrs. Caudle was born on January 19, 1941 in Harnett County to the late Cleo Ray and Helen Jewel Lucas Messer. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bobby Caudle, daughter-in-law, Pamela Caudle, grandson-in-law, Dakota Messer, and brothers, Bobby Ray Messer and R.A. Messer. Prior to dedicating her life to being a full time Pastor’s wife, Mrs. Caudle worked at the Benson Shirt Factory and went back to school in 1986 and graduated. She was a faithful Christian woman and member of Community Chapel Church who was determined to go to church as much as she was able. Mrs. Caudle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her sons, Randy Caudle and Dennis Caudle; granddaughter, Kelly Caudle Messer; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
Flowers are welcomed; however, donations may be made to Community Chapel Church in her memory at 2270 Baileys Crossroads Rd. Coats, NC 27521.
