Jessie Lee Netzer

Jessie Lee (Lambert) Netzer, 77, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2025 while receiving rehabilitation services at Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born April 2, 1948, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Lee and Juanita Vivian (Ashenfelter) Lambert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Carlin Arbogast and husband, Larry and Beverly Snyder.
Jessie worked for many years as a CNA in the Healthcare industry, she was a caregiver by nature and someone who never met a stranger. Jessie was kind and loving towards anyone she would meet. She enjoyed playing cards, games, making crafts, playing POGO and talking to her friends on the phone. Most of all, she loved her family by spending time with them, making memories and telling jokes.
Jessie is survived by her dear siblings, Jeanie Steed (Frank) and Bob Lambert; loving children, Brian K. Netzer (Gladys), Tonya L. Lewis (Bric) and Charles "Chaz" T. Netzer, Jr. (Cat); grandchildren, Charae, Zoe (Dylan), Devin, Jaden, Chaz III, Donte, and Jaxson; she is also survived by many great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; her extended family; and many dear friends.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
