With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jessie "Renee" Conard Gresock, an inspirational soul whose warmth and creativity touched all who knew her. She departed this world on August 13, 2025, in Henderson County, North Carolina, at the age of 64. Born on March 12, 1961, in the lush landscapes of Haywood County, North Carolina, Renee embraced life with a boundless passion and an unwavering commitment to her family and community.

Renee's life was a testament to the power of love and perseverance. Though she spent her early years working as a waitress, her greatest joy came from nurturing her family as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She found beauty in the everyday and delighted in crafting, whether it was sewing, painting, or creating something new and meaningful. Her laughter filled local bowling alleys and pool halls, and her calm radiance graced tranquil fishing spots.

An avid bowler and passionate crafter, Renee nourished her creative spirit and expressed her wisdom through writing. She authored two books, "Emotions" and "Dawn Breaks and Coffee Cakes," works that reflect her deep introspection and her empathy for the human condition. A devoted member of Fruitland Baptist Church, Jessie lived her faith through acts of kindness and generosity.

Renee now joins her father, Ernest Ray Pinion; her mother, Sarah Elizabeth Conard Nelson; her stepfather, Don Nelson; her beloved son, Tim Lindsey; her daughter, Sarah Lynn Conard; her grandson, Luther Allen Seitler; and her sister, Tina Plemmons, in eternal peace. Renee truly loved her late grandmother, Eva Pinion, whom she lived with until she started school.

She leaves behind her cherished husband of 42 years, David Gresock, who was her rock and confidant. Her legacy lives on through her daughters, Shonda Renee Giles (Justin), Stacey Trantham (Daniel), and Rachael Gresock (Walter Smith), who embody her strength and compassion. Renee's four grandchildren, Avyrin Lindsey, Aubri Trantham, Ramsay Gresock, and Asher Smith, held a special place in her heart and will carry her spirit forward.

Surrounded by loving family, including her son-in-law, Arthur Seitler, and siblings Judy Tobias (Randy), Peggy Messer, Karen Conard, Mary Carver (Jim), Pam Burnette (Tim), and Hubert Nelson (Erica), as well as numerous nieces and nephews, Jessie's memory will be cherished and celebrated.

Funeral services to honor Renee's life will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Fruitland Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Pace officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 2:00 PM at the church. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at St. Peter & Paul Byzantine Church Cemetery in Punxsutawney, PA.

For those who wish to continue Renee's legacy of care, memorial contributions may be made to the Jessie Renee Gresock Memorial Fund.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Shuler Funeral Home, dedicated to serving the family during this time of remembrance and reflection. Jessie "Renee" Conard Gresock leaves behind a tapestry of love, kindness, and enduring inspiration-a true testament to a life well-lived.
